By The Power Of Danger! Danger!

Danger! Danger!… What a dumb fucking name that is for a blog anyway.. Like from that song by Electric Six “Danger! Danger! High Voltage! When we kiss.. When weblabla” and/or from that 80′s rockband, which suprisingly enough, is called fucking Danger Danger.. without the “!” though.

Anyway, I had none of the above in mind when starting out. And I had no idea there was anything called “Mp3 blogs”, I just thought all of that was 100% illegal. So I reviewed full albums instead, in the beginning. I think my first album I reviewed was by the band 120 Days. But I didn’t share any songs whatsoever and then I moved on to posting the a video with the song from youtube, just embedded the fucker on the site.

But I soon find out that there were a shitload of unsigned bands that were waiting to get their music out, and BANG! I found my calling.

Nononono, this ain’t a farewell post by me. I just figured I keep people in the mix, rather than on the floor. You down? And I do look like He-Man irl, just not with the sculpted greek God bod. So I slammed that pic into the post. BAM!

I think I’m gonna do a superpost now, with lots of great tracks, to compensate for the lack of updates. And another thing. People seem to think I get all the tracks from some other site, Myspace or shit. Simply not true. I get them in my e-mail and Soundcloud dropbox.. Or like 98% percent of it. And love the artists for doing it. A big thank you to you.

I’ve been at my parents home, aka my home, in my hometown over easter. Been drinking beer, stroking my dogs, gaming Gears Of War 2 and BBQ:ing.

Okey, let’s get down to bizniz. Risko Disko remixed the “holy” A.G.Trio and I tought it was a real b4nger. So let’s motherfucking post it up like it ain’t no thang. It’s great actually.

And then it’s Th’ Mole, which sounds like a bit like Marc M.’s tracks from Sick Animation. The Mole be rappin’ dumb and he seems weird. You make your own mind up on this one. Chrome Kids riiispect for showing love, yo drop em some traffic.

And shit, I loved Baskerville‘s Pushin’ Around track. But this ain’t really in that same “pushy” genre, that pumping beat. I would describe this as Hillbilly-Hip-Hop-Electro-Rock, with E1Ten doing the lyrics.

Phoenix, remixed TOO MUCH, I know. But this remix by Alan Wilkis is so cockblocking original I want to cry limited edition t-shirts. Jumalauta, it’s like Van Halen having a three-way (Like if Van Halen was one person, a unit as a band) with something great.. Can’t think of anything now. But shit, this is so cool. EPIC. Best remix so far of Phoenix, the sounds melt so perfectly together with the vocals. The beginning is totally shit, but fuck when it shoots off like Dorothy there ain’t no stopping. i think that beginning is crap so that you will be totally thrown off when it gets good 00:14 mark.

And Lazrtag, where to begin.. i love what they do. Completely. It just can’t go wrong. They went and remixed Sonny. Never heard of him, got a bit of a emo voice. But cool music. + I got some more awesome remixes of the same guy.
