Wow! Sorry for not writing that much, I’ve been hungover and not inspired to write anything here. You know? Motherfucking writers block up in my heart, or some shit. Woke up yesterday with two frenchies in my apartment, they had a really long walk ahead of them after the clubbing and it was cold as a motha, sp I decided to invite them to sleep at my flat. Hooray! Franceland.
On to Electric Youth, and BAM! You guessed it, it’s The Zonders design. It’s actually the record cover for their limited edition EP. And that little baby will only be available at their shows, hope they’ll send one copy to my address please.. Can I have it?
This is, as the cover shows, very Valerie-esque. What is that style even called? New wave electronica retro-futurism? Anyway, this is much more vocal-driven, beatiful lyrics. Excellent music.
This happens to be a remix by our beloved Cyndi Seui. Awesome. Aaand, wait wait, they’ll be doing a mini-tour in April.
